Who we are

Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, phone number, email address, property type, property address or city, and anything you write in the message. The form is delivered to our email through Web3Forms.
- Calls, texts, and emails: your phone number or email address and the content of what you send us.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site. It collects information such as the pages you visit, the site or app that referred you, your approximate location (such as city), your device and browser type, and interactions like link clicks and form submissions. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies. We don't send the contents of the contact form to Google Analytics.
How we use information
- To respond to your request, prepare quotes, and schedule and provide services.
- To communicate with you about your property and our services.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To keep business records and meet legal obligations.
How we share information
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as Web3Forms (form delivery), Google (business email and Google Analytics), Quo (business phone and text messaging), and GitHub (website hosting), and when required by law.
Cookies and your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
- Do Not Track: the site doesn't currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
- Third-party tracking: Google Analytics may collect information about your online activity over time and across different websites.
How long we keep information
We keep contact requests and customer records as long as needed to serve you and to meet business and legal requirements. Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.

Children
This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. No website or email system is completely secure.
